It finally happened, my wallpaper that was on backorder for 6 weeks arrived and it is FANTASTIC! The wallpaper is called Daydream and is sold by Hygge and West who also have a great selection of more fun options. I wrote about this decision in one of my very first few posts HERE and it is surreal to see the wallpaper in place after having a 5×5” sample hanging on the wall for a few months.
I knew that I wanted something bold that would make a statement, and it really packs a punch. The room feels much bigger thanks to the 3-D effect with the mirror reflecting the pattern on the main wall. Of course, painting of Odin made a return to his place of honor above the toilet. It is so fun seeing his little face peeking out of that picture.
Check out the before and after below to of this dramatic change.

I strongly encourage you to check out the wallpapers I posted HERE and HERE as a starting point to your own magical powder room. It is the perfect place to experiment with color and crazy patterns because hopefully, it is not a room that you spend too much time in. I also strongly encourage you to use a professional, pattern matching is no joke and it took probably 5 hours to do this installation. The installer also came back the next day and applied a protective coating that will help protect the paper from water or scratch marks.
